Something for this Halloween :) Cult follower since I've been playing some cultist simulator lately.
She is in Black Hydra and is one of the most respected members being a Seer. Her abilities allow her to pass the will of Hydra for the cult members.
Her tentacle hair can act like regular tentacles too!

Some simple rules:
- Buyer can add any changes to their design (add patterns, change hairstyle, etc). I won't do changes myself, it's up to new owner of the adopt!
- Don't sell them for the price higher than you bought them unless you got new arts. You can trade them and give out for free.
- Do not remove credits from reference and please credit me as original artist.
- Buyer will get unwatermarked + NSFW version of the reference of the character they bought.
