I wanted to try a more monstrous take on the fusion suit from Metroid Fusion. After almost dying to an alien parasite and needing a metroid based vaccine to survive, Samus talks about how she was "reborn as something different", and I wanted to create a design that fit that feeling better.

But gotta say I'd totally love this design for SA-X before it goes full monster
As for Dread, I wasn't expecting them to be that bold with Samus design/story. Such a great game and they really improved the fusion formula a lot. I missed a few things, such as Samus' spiky arm and more horror-sh elements (like Nightmare on Fusion or Crocomire on Super), but other than this. What a game!!!
