A glimpse into the future perhaps. Maybe what will happen down the road in a few decades or centuries for the secretary after finally tired of being the little devil mon down below. Life in the Underworld does have the tendency to break mons even the relatively good ones. The constant pressure and bully can be maddening. But this may just be a 'What If..' sort of scenario. What if something happened that made the lad finally throw his own weight into the ring of how business is here at the company. Would he still be the same after it? He certainly looks different in more ways than one now in his new position as one of the execs. Hopefully the power doesn't get to his head after so much work to get up there.
But yeah, I wondered what a Raichu Picha would look like after so long of him just being a little Pika. He still is a little Pika of course but this is a nice glimpse of what could happen down the road in the canon verse. Evolved at last and finally not a push over anymore. I don't think any one dares to push over the Rais around here. Though he certainly looks tired as is his trait. The bit of whiting from stresses and tiredness and just overall becoming seniority its own mark. An own 'pin' of his trial to go with the pin on his lapel.
Let us hopes that Pich doesn't fall full into the grasp of Hell after so long of being the punching bag. Stay a good secretary boy with still some soul left dear chu. Atleast he is a good looking Raichu all things considered.
