I would imagine him being a corrupted cartoon character infused with chaos energy and brought to life in Eggman's lab. But soon Eggman didn't exactly welcome him with open arms and soon CC ran and ran until he lost within the darkness of the forest.


CC soon was found and rescue by the Freedom Fighters and was welcomed with open arms and given a spot in their team. CC was demonstrating some of his abilities like elasticity and reality-warping much similar to a rubberhose cartoon. But under too much emotional and mental stress, his body transforms into his beast form...his secondary form, he possesses immense strength, durability, and also lack any restraint (at least mostly to the enemies, but there were times in which he almost hurt his allies but currently controlling his beast form and maybe use it without fully transform).


Now, he's fighting alongside Sonic and his friends for freedom and stopping any of Eggman's forces from ever reaching their goals.
