‘How do I look? Am I ‘scary’ enough?’
'As scary as you can look. Even if you look better in it then Wraith.'
“Not long ago Lucia told me about a holiday from beyond the islands called ‘Hollow-een’, a festival involving costumes, carving pumpkins, and candy,… lots of candy,… it sounded like fun. But it seems it centers around ‘spooky’ and ‘scary’ stuff,… ghosts, monsters, things like that, and it seems you are supposed to dress up like these things and go around gathering candy in a celebration called ‘trick or treat.’
This got me thinking,… I don’t know much about monsters from outside the islands, but I know the biggest monsters on the islands are the Villians, and on Nightshade The Wraith is the scariest of those, while Ilana seems to be the worst on Azure Island. So, I made the suggestion to Lucia that we dress up as them, and she liked the idea.
At Lucia’s suggestion, we asked our friend Tu Li, who is really good at making clothes, and was happy to help, and before long the costumes were ready,… she did really good with them, Lucia’s looks so cute with Ilana’s tail, and mine even has glowing patches like the real Wraith. Hmm,… I wonder how she did that,…”
‘So, where do we go for the candy?’
‘Uhm,… well,…’

In the spirit of Halloween comes this fun and festive collab with
jurgenblue made by the spectacular 
usagiforehead where Lucia or Ember are getting all festive by dressing up as their biggest villains. ;)
A funny idea that turned into a great picture, thanks to Usagi. Ember looks pretty good dressed as the Wraith, but still with her hair sticking out behind her and her hair flower on the hood, and the lights are a great touch. Lucia looks cute with Ilana’s big plush tail on, with her feet sticking out the bottom, the stiches along the seams are a great touch as she seems to contemplate the tail tip abit. They both look to be enjoying themselves as they get dressed up,… looking a lot better in these outfits than the villains they are based off of. No doubt they’ll have a great time trick-or-treating, wherever they end up. ;)

Really great to see these two getting into the Halloween Spirit :D. And to see them dressed up as their villains that they tend to encounter, it's a really nice fit for them to go as that . Seeing Lucia curiosity with her costume for the tail end has its own charm, since she's never seen the tail end and to be able to observe it, and seeing Ember happy that she's dressed as the Wraith looks really cute :). It's also great to see Tu Li's handiwork with these costumes, and really pulled off the looks for their enemies ;). Really great work from Usagi :D
Indeed, good to see them so festive, and I'm glad you like the costume ideas. Yeah, it is cute to see Lucia checking out the tail of her costume, much safer than the real thing. ;). And yeah, Ember is certainly enjoying her Wraith costume. Yeah, Tu Li really did great work on these costumes for them, they look really good. And Usagi really did great work on this picture, glad you like it. :)
These two defiantly know how to make their scary villains' costumes look really cute, they both look great here! Lucia dressed as Ilana and just looking into the fake tail, wondering why it's so detailed is adorable, as is Ember just really enjoying how the costume looks on her. Not to mention it's fun to read how Ember quickly gets excited about the idea of trying this out, and Lucia just going along with it for fun. Now just to hope Lucia can get some candy from somewhere. ;)

Yeah, they really do look so cute dressed up as fearsome and terrible beings of evil, and they do look great. Indeed, Lucia checking out the detailing on the tail is very adorable, and Ember really is just having fun with her costume. Yeah, Ember loves trying new things like this, and being festive, especially with her friends. Yeah, hopefully she can Ember would really enjoy that too. ;)
