I sculpted these horns out of a lightweight polymer clay for my dear friend (pictured here). I thought they came out really well and I was very excited when she sent me these pictures!

so i have a question ......well first off your horns are awesome! ^_^ ......any who back on topic .....i made a pair of ram horns a while back they had a tin foil base and sculpy clay outer shell now they look awesome much what i wanted except one problem ....they are way way way too heavy -.- i used a tutorial i had found to make them and it had said with a foil base they would be light and you would hardly be able to feel them unfortunatly that was not the case at all they were much too heavy and attached to a normal head band makes the head band press into your head ouchy! lol i thought about trying to use them as a mold to make latex horns and then just stuff the latex witch ive done before but that would make them rather unrealistic and i would have to do some major painting .....i was wondering what else i could do to make/remake them if you could help me out i would be much appreciative ^_^
