I cast this unicorn horn out of polyurethane resin. It's a bit heavier than I would have liked, but my mold for this one won't take the foam. It's still quite wearable, though, and not a bad weight for being five inches long.
Also, the glitter is totally fun. I just wish it photographed better.

Most of my molds are one part silicone glove molds, with a plaster jacket. The unicorn horns were a two-part mold that had some flaws which meant I had to do a lot of sanding and I couldn't make them out of foam, sadly. I like the glove molds because that means there's no seam lines in the foam horns.
