These are the largest horns I've ever worked on. These are the plaster prototypes, cast out of an old and crumbling mold and they need a lot of repair before they will be ready for remolding and casting new pairs.
I worry a bit about how someone could wear them short of being bolted to a full fursuit head. Even the lightest of foams will still have significant weight at this size.

Well, it's certainly something could do - I would need to know how big you need them to be before I could figure out a price. Especially since you seem to want to put the ears through the curve of the horn. Plus I would want to see a good reference of what sort of ridges you want on the horns - there's a lot of different types of ram horns and the drawings I'm seeing don't have more than vauge lines to indicate the ridges.
I will say the cost will not be small... since spiralled horns go in opposite directions, that means I have to individually sculpt each horn and mold them separately.
