idk I got bored and decided to show what's the deal with Alter's bag. Since he burns off energy quickly while fighting, he needs a source to get more. The capsules give him whatever button he presses worth of calories (so a 1lb capsule would give him 3000 calories) to gain more weight to give him more energy to burn.

Each button press makes 4 capsules, so he has to pay attention to what button he has and what settings the bag is on.
