Worlds collide
Luxro is a Lewxen, an open species inspired by Pokemon; and the other is Cachomon, a fake Digimon partner of the homonym artist, a shimeji maker.
So this is a meeting of Pokemon and Digimon through unofficial characters of those worlds.
Anyway, as I said, Cachomon is an artist, and its team of shimeji creators. This was a pleasure to make ^^

No, no; is just that this character doesn't need more gems.
When I said that it had more gems when I created it, I'm actually talking about another OC of mine, who I "fused" with the Lewxen species to create Luxro.
That OC has more gems on his gauntlet, as you can see in a more future version of him I drew.
But when I adapted his design to a Lewxen, there wasn't a need to have that many gems, as it's basically a Pokemon
