It's a big floatzel balloon!!!

Eeee, so awesome! Now I want to be a floatzel! Did you do something new if I may ask, because the detailing on this is very rich and smooth ^.^ Also it gives a very 3d feel to things as well as the balloony look ^_^

Love the shading in this, it really gives a good sense of bloaty floaty roundness.

It's good to see you colouring, the shading is pretty good here.

What I think you could do better is clean it up a bit more if you're doing it digitally-- give it digitally-done "inked" outlines and try to remove as much of the original pencil lines as you can, if possible. How you do the outlines is up to you-- they can be coloured outlines or you can make them bold and black, depending on what sort of style you want to go for. Try avoiding pure black though (that is, make sure the RGB values aren't 0,0,0 when selecting colours)

Fantastic I think you should of really kept a white background, less you want to touch up the lines.

dig this shape. it's kind of not just round, but like their limbs puff out works in sort of a bump on the ball instead of like swelling into a ring as the hand pulls into it. i like how the head kind of presses into the body though, it's a nice little effect to amke it kind of... feel al little more rubbery or elastic. and even though it's kind of a perfect circle you sure the heck made it look great. it has depth and detail, and size to it that makes it stand out over others that might just fel bland. and the rings, whatever they are on that pokemon sitting on top as like a thing that lays on them really adds to it. i really can't explain, but it';s likea depth sort of thing that just feel right.
