For this Halloween in Salt Lake City, the city hall had commissioned a whole truck of candy to offer to the children who couldn't afford to go trick-or-treating.
Alas, the truck had a flat tire at miles away, and would never arrive in time.
...Unless the trucker was secretly a werewolf who could grow bigger than buildings, carry the truck like a tiny box, walk to the city in just a few strides, and empty it rain-like over the overjoyed children.
