And-YES!! This time the art work was done by me! I finally took advantage of that expensive CS4 I got, and merged it with work I did on Paint Tool SAI! :D
P.S: The image glyphs are actually in Lovecraftian Diary font. They say: "Dream Lands."

You have a paragraph break, when in fact there's only one ability on the card. The second part is just a clause that takes effect some of the time that the activated ability is played.
You say "where X is the number of mana you spend on this ability", but there's no chance to spend mana on the ability; the cost is only to tap. (You can't spend mana on an ability unless it's part of the ability.) also saying "number of mana" sounds bad, you can just say "equal to the mana you spend"
should be:
X,T: Draw a card. If othercard is in play, draw X cards.
of course this would mean if you don't spend any mana, you'd still get to draw 2 cards if othercard is in play (zero is always an acceptable value for X)
