It was preorder. This person just bought two "mystery" designs, without knowing how they will look like. this person just simply bought two of them, this is why she received two. One other person bought one mystery slot.
Because I didn't had a time to make more of those designs, I decided to make just four. Those people who got preorder still got it randomly. I used Google random number picking for that.
