Tarsu is a mockin who likes to appropriate waste and scrap.
He then uses these scraps as food, making them disintegrate in his stomach... So, unbeknownst to him, he prevents pollution and saves the environment and the WORLD we live in.
He wears a small garbage basket as a camouflage, so that he can obtain waste without the slightest effort.
He is very smelly, dirty, crude, but strangely kind and nice, the problem...is that no one knows because because of its smell no one comes close.
Because of this he is slightly shy and is afraid to approach with his own kind, cause discomfort.
