Technically Malefactor due to the eyes lol. I've figured it makes more sense for Crisp to have brighter feathers rather than a more muted tone, due to him being part phoenix. He's super fluffy and warm, and Crisp himself has fire magic, while Malefactor is the incarnation of ethereal magic itself, so on a technicality he has two types of magic.
