Just something I noticed while going through my gallery.

The working theory right now is that, every time I pass through a semi-corporeal world with a passenger inside me, I become... If I'm translating all of Deva's scientific jargon correctly, somewhere between how I remember myself and how my passenger(s) remember me... And since my kids thought I was a lot bigger than I actually was, that's caused me to become... Well, as big as I currently am.
It hasn't been much of a problem so far -- size fluctuations are already not uncommon among Pokemon. But... Hopefully, this is where it will cap. Sure, there's a small part of me that would like to give Deva a ride in my pouch, but not if it'll mean I become too heavy to do that whole 'mother hen' thing with my kids all in the nest and me on top of them. ^^

Actually, the vulpix never evolved. The ninetales in the 2012 pic is her mom.
Umm... You know how, in The Matrix, their appearances are reflective of how they feel they should look? It's kind of like that if everyone else in the group had a subconscious vote on it too.
And, well, you know, everything looks bigger when you're just a kid. I was already bigger than a wild mon would be since I was bred for riding, and every trip through the non-physical with a little one in my belly's probably been adding a centimeter or two here and there every single time because "daddy is ginormous".
Hence why the kids now live in one region... But now the adult humans I take to-and-from can't believe how big I am.
