Keeping her head above water, Akai presses the prey's arm back into her throat using her tongue. After that, it's a simple GULP to send the meal down where it belongs. Saliva and seawater lubricate the prey during the descent towards Akai's digestive tract. Peristaltic muscles quickly tighten around her prey's head. Its arm was pressed uncomfortably as it was forced down the shark's slick gullet. Fortunately, there'll be plenty of room to move in her dark, dank stomach. For the prey, this is the height of terror. Suddenly making the descent down Akai's esophagus can be quite frightening, knowing what's to come.
