Here is an Elusian guard using their down time to visit a friend. The weather is not the nicest for the occasion, but their friend is always worth seeing.
After the Industrial Revolution, technology quickly established itself as a force on par with the forces of magic and nature. Elusia, however, was never really touched by the revolution. Technology, the eyes of many Elusians, encouraged weakness. For furrisks to be strong, it was better that everything was accomplished by furrisks themselves, either through physical or magical ability. Technology doing work isn't a furrisk doing work, so how could they trust it? Thus, they simply continue to live the way they always have.
Lore wise, I see Elusia as kind of a natural evolution of the idea I had for the commonflock. I also apologize if my worldbuilding seems confusing. I can't seem to settle on a strong idea or setting just yet, so I am mostly poking around with all sorts of different ideas. That said, Elusia is around to stay in one form or another.
