I don't know too much about Shutter other than she is apparently some kind of dinosaur or some forgotten, ancient race. She might be the last one as she seems to enjoy draining people of their souls. The stronger the soul the better and she has taken particular interest in Stormsoul to the point of influencing her career so that she will become more powerful and therefore a more appetizing meal.

Background was just for fun but turned out OK. I think there are almost too many things going on in this pic and it is rather tall but I like the results.
