What I Will NOT Draw:
- Racist, queerphobic, or other bigoted content
- Harmful depictions of GNC folks*
- Graphic sexual content involving minors, characters made to appear as minors, or non-sapient characters
- Gratuitous gore/body horror
- Certain kink/fetish content, including but not limited to:
* Hard/fatal vore
* Extreme hyper
* Scat/vomit
* Non-con/dub-con

*My art is intended to be queer-friendly, and I am more than happy to draw trans, intersex, and altersex characters. I will not, however, produce content sought for the purpose of fetishizing or otherwise harming trans and gender-nonconforming individuals or their bodies. In particular, if you refer to your character as a "f*ta", "sh*male", "tr*p", "d*ckgirl", "c*ntboy", etc., I will not draw them. I understand there are some who self-identify with such labels, but I'm not willing to involve myself in intracommunity issues like that.

HOW IT WORKS
Commissions are not first-come-first-serve, but are chosen at my own discretion. I will determine which commissions I feel best about doing, and contact those whose commissions I have chosen. If I do not contact you within a week after you have submitted your request, I was not able to accept your commission. Please do not contact me to confirm receipt or acceptance of your commission! You are, however, welcome to resubmit any commission requests that have not been accepted at any future date.

If I have accepted your commission, I will contact you through the preferred medium you have indicated below to confirm any details and ask any questions I may have, as well as give a full price quote. Minor tweaks and idea changes are more than welcome, but please do not add or change any major details such as number of characters, overall scenario, etc. If my current queue is full, but I have agreed to accept your commission, you will be put into the next unfilled queue as soon as the prior one is finished; payment either in full or in part is completely optional prior to this point. Once you have a place in my queue, all details are sorted out, and the piece is paid for in full, I will begin work as soon as possible.

I will notify you when I am beginning work, and will first send a rough sketch of the work within a couple days of starting for review and adjustment. This is your final opportunity for making any changes aside minor cosmetic details such as color, pattern, etc.! Once the sketch is approved, I will continue working until the piece is finished, and will send you occasional WIP shots at certain points in the work, such as completion of the color layer, etc.

Once the piece is finished, I will send you a shot of the final product for approval, and send you the full-res piece once any necessary adjustments are made before posting to my various social media.

Please note that NSFW inquiries will be conducted through my alt accounts here and on Twitter. Please do not credit adult works to my main!

TERMS OF SERVICE
If selected for a slot, clients are required to pay in full prior to the start of the work. Payment can be conducted through PayPal, Square, and Stripe. If you do not receive a slot, you have no obligation to pay.

If I am unable to complete the work, or it is no longer wanted, the client will be eligible for a refund. If I cannot complete the work, the total cost will be refunded in full. Requested refunds for a piece no longer wanted will be issued proportionally to how much work has been done, and will be equal to the total payment minus the cost of the equivalent level of work completed. Refunds are only applicable prior to completion of the work.

The client is expected to be available through their contact of choice for regular updates and inquiries, and to conduct business in a respectful manner. If the client becomes uncooperative - by failing to respond to updates or answer questions, heckling for updates at unreasonable intervals, or being otherwise disrespectful, crass, or abusive - the commission will be cancelled with no eligibility for a refund, and the client will be blacklisted from any future commissions, auctions, or other transactions. Chargebacks will also result in the client being blacklisted from any future commissions, auctions, or other transactions.

In filling out a form and providing your information, especially if you are purchasing NSFW content, you verify that you are 18 years of age or older. Including any information regarding the adult nature of any work in a transaction or other transaction-related documentation will result in immediate cancellation and refunding of the commission, and the client will be blacklisted from any future commissions, auctions, or other transactions.

I (the artist) reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.

I reserve the right to cancel any commission if the work proves too difficult or the client becomes uncooperative.

I reserve the exclusive right to use any art I have created that has been commissioned by the client for future profit, publication, and sale. This includes promotional material, portfolios, prints, auctions for unused sketches, etc. Commercial use of this art by any other party, with the exception of the selling of a character depicted within or any adoptable bases, is not permitted, and doing so will result in blacklisting from any future commissions, auctions, or other transactions and, if necessary, legal action. Use of any art or adoptable bases for the purpose of such ventures as NFTs is also strictly prohibited, and will also result in blacklisting from any future commissions, auctions, or other transactions and, if necessary, legal action.
