The Guardi-Mecha are a series of massive transforming mechanical soldiers created by the mysterious enemy force, KEBOS. The LePaGi Mk. Z, distraught over the destruction of its younger brother the Mk. L, has vowed to seek vengeance against the Bedubu Squad. With his pulse cannon and massive plasmic generators, the Mk. Z is going all out to stop them before they reach KEBOS headquarters.
Here we have a giant mecha version of Zane, inspired by the transforming bosses of the Cave shmups, Dodonpachi Dai-Fukkatsu, With the release of the iPhone port of said game a few weeks ago, I was finally motivated to finish this pic, after months on the drawing board. The LPG Mk. Z would be the boss of Stage 4, whereas the LPG Mk. L (Loopy) would be the boss of Stage 1. BTW, BeDuBu means "BEatou DUnn BUtch", who would be the three pilots for this faux shmup.
