i can see some employees being jerks about it, and some just saying 'please choose something that doesn't inhibit your ability to do your job, that poor shop is getting swamped every year, and keeping a form you can still work in means you can help stagger the workload for them'

Of course in most cases, a form you can have fun in at, say, a Halloween party, is also a form that doesn't inhibit your job performance. Being a limbless abomination of nature can be fun for a minute, but who wants to be unable to hold a glass of punch or a trick-or-treat bag?

I suppose it would also make sense to triage the line the day after Hallowe'en, taking care of the more radically changed first. Or at least doing the airline thing, and asking for volunteers to come back another day, possibly with a half-off voucher for their next monsterization.

I wonder how many of those "stuck" going to work as a monster the next day decided that the reactions were moderate enough that they stayed that way for the rest of the week... or longer.

And then there are those who are waiting to get turned back into their everyday monster looks.

Some just like looking like that.
