OMG so really what we should have done is heated the over to 425 so that when the chicken cooked it was basted in the lemon juice a little longer, and then once we added the onions and carrots, we could add some curry powder and sage and after that the potatoes really should be served au gratin with the cheddar and since we only served them mashed, the next time we could add the cheese before we add th--- *dies*
