Took a quick work in this one, gosh it seems too tacky.
Here we have the corresponding eye colors of every member of Armando's family
1.Armando S. Slytherin (Rainbow,Blackbow)

Every member of Armando's family are all diagnosed with Heterochromia, a genetic condition that causes one or both irises of the eyes to have different colors.

Well yes. Rain Silves was widely known as the "Mad Queen of the Sergals"
Salazar had lived several hundred years before she was born and the time came when he was smitten by her though he never got the chance to interact personally.
One of the reasons why Salazar loved her was because she is also heterochromic, her right eye is yellow while the other is gold and also because she is one of the clever sergals that he had ever seen.
Salazar's feelings for Rain Silves ceased when she became a ruthless Shigu warrior who goes as far as literally drinking her enemies' blood then rubbing some of it to her face like a war paint.
Salazar observed her actions using the palantir and was greatly horrified by what she had done so in retaliation he used his powers to slowly turn her life upside-down which gave rise to the following events.
1.Rain Silves was overthrown as the leader of the Shigu Kingdom which causes it to gradually collapse, today it is now known as the "Shigu Dukedom"
2.Rain dies in prison due to it's senility and her deteriorating mental and physical state.
