If you're lion around feeling groggy, a warm qualiTea drink really soothes the soul! I think it's been well over a year since my last time drawing a lion, this time around I've went for a much more tame approach. I like the way the staggered colors of the mane work here, which was something I was noticing on a lot of real world lions (though they have more of a gradient). Anyway I think he's cute, albeit perhaps a bit more silly of a face than usual. The entire reason this drawing exists is because I doodled the mouth and eyes on their own and just had to draw the rest. I dub him Harold, for no particular reason other than "he looks like a Harold", whatever that actually means.
I also tried to somewhat populate this kitchen and add some depth. I have no idea how some people add so many objects to a room yet, but I'm hoping this isn't as barren as my last room I did a couple months ago.
