The scene was carnage, far more gruesome than Rooca had hoped. The man laid on the concrete, dripping in his own blood as Rooca attempted to take the child's hand. Traumatized however, the child ran, now free from the man's clutches. Rooca simply yelled out for the kid to run back home and don't stop. She knew it wouldn't be long until someone found the unconscious body, and in time the police would find the man they were looking for. Rooca quickly left the scene, looking for some way to get rid of her pent up frustration.
She took to an alley and started to light the small pile of contents of a trash can on fire, adding scatterings of paper herself to fan the flames. Watching the fire dance and listening to the crackle did a good job at calming her down. As she began to calm herself, she noticed someone coming into the light, though only it's shadow. While she wasn't exactly in the mood to see anyone, she wasn't immediately hostile. After all, it took a lot of guts to come down an alleyway like this, at this time of night.
"Got lost? If not, get lost." Rooca spat at the silhouette.
The creature had no reason to assume Rooca had any involvement in saving the child, but it had to investigate the loud yelling earlier, as well as the child that was running away and the bloody corpse in the middle of the park.
"Did you save that kid?" the shadow asked.
Rooca didn't answer at first, somewhat ignoring it as it opened another trash can to take out some more paperwork and toss it into the fire.
"What's it to you? You a cop?" Rooca asked, with a drop of hostility.
As Rooca was distracted with her fiery display, the creature had stepped closer into the light.
"You did a good thing, you know. Beat me to the punch, if you will." it said.
"Oh, go fuck off and jump!" Rooca responded, gritting her large teeth.
Rooca then heard the sound of liquid in a bottle being shaken, and turned to look. The orange creature was holding a green bottle of alcohol, and shaking it to tease her.
"You don't want your reward then?" it said with a smile.
Rooca gave the creature a bit of a disgruntled look for a moment, before suddenly snatching the bottle from it's hand, inspecting it to make sure it hadn't been tampered with, then quickly cracking the top off it's lid, before taking a swig, without responding.
The creature placed the lid back on the trash can Rooca was digging through and sat down on it. It pulled out a cigarette it had in it's pocket and held it out to Rooca between two fingers.
"Didn't say you could stay." Rooca growled.
"Didn't ask." The creature, realizing she wasn't going to get a light quite yet, got herself more comfortable on the trash lid.
"Name's Olga. Who the fuck are you?" the creature said with lathered spite.
Rooca, under normal circumstances, would probably sock Olga for that. But something about this creature was comforting to her. Maybe it was the alcohol or perhaps it was Olga's bravery to get to this point, but Rooca went into her coat pocket and pulled out a lighter, lighting it up and pointing to Olga.
"Name's Rooca, don't forget it."
As the night went on, Olga was able to press more info out of Rooca, playing into her rather...rebellious nature. It was slow going, but Olga would pry into more of Rooca's incidents, and Rooca would yap on as if she had a thousand stories and no-one to tell them to, as the fire continued to grow into the night.
Boy, submissions sure are slow, aren't they lol
I wanted to do some character interactions with my new renditions. But rather than immediately go into the smut route, I wanted to do something casual and clean. Having Rooca and Olga meet seemed like a good idea. Neither of them have had the best upbringing, and could get along quite well!
Also, yes Olga smokes, but don't forget she's an imp from Hell. Given the amount of toxic fumes her lungs would have to intake in Hell, a cigarette would be like a tiny piece of nostalgic chocolate to her. But she's very well aware of the smell and very rarely partakes in it.

Ayy ; v ; nice to see a more solid scene between two characters, glad ya through together a nice interaction between them! I'd think they would get along indeed, and the interaction itself was very well described and executed. Real good stuff, glad Olga's able to pry some proper information out of Rooca, can see it all going well for the two :3 in a general sense.
Good stuff! ; v ;
