This is a new species, Angelus, that I have been working on to be the enemy of  visuallybrokenkei 's Dericlaws.

This guy is called Junsei, Kisungura's rival.

Here is some info on the species

Angelus are quick thinking omnivores. They use their large "ears" for both flight and as extra arms as they are fully moveable and the "fingers" at the end are perfect for gripping. They have full control over the glowing areas on their bodies and use it as a kind of language with others of the species. They can manipulate the Rings around their wrists to create weapons such as sticks and spears to fight with. Their eyes have no pupils and glow the same as the rings around their bodies. Their noses are hidden given them the appearance of a featureless face. Their tails are very strong and are used as rudders when in flight.
