After seeing all of the "Rainbow Cakes" people over at DA have made, I decided to give it a try. I made this yesterday afternoon. It took me about around an hour and a half to mix and bake all of those layers. My arms and feet were so tired from mixing the batter and stirring in the food coloring and having to stand on my feet for so long while doing all of it. But as you can see, the cake came out lop-sided, even when cutting and forming the layers better, hence the title. But aside from that, I like how it came out.
