Felt as though something was missing... finally hit me that it was the American flag. Stupid me.

We must remember, that on that day of tragedy. There were Heroes there in the middle of the chaos.
These men and women of the Emergency Response Teams: Firefighters, EMTs, and Police officers were the real heroes of the day, risking their own lives to save as many possible.
We can't thank them enough for their service.
And their sacrifice.
Go out today. Find one of these Heroes. And thank them.
Shake their hand. Salute them. Whatever you can to show gratitude to them for their service.

If I could've drew this with humans, I might have. But Anthros is what I do best. I can't draw humans all too well.
And as regards to Dalmatians and GSDs rescuing people, there were rescue dogs there to find people. Foxes, were not I will admit. but I wanted to put something as an EMT so I stuck with fox.
But, the point of this is, to say to people that they should thank their local EMT, Firefighter, and Police officers. Not only the ones involved directly with 9/11, but all of them across the country for their dedication and service.
