so i love the 40k setting and i wanted to get fan art of my OC in a commissar uniform for a long time.
so i feel im probably gona need to place this hear cus if not some may be confused, i thought for over 2 months whether or not i would be posting this at all when it was finished, i love 40k and have been a fan of the table top game and setting for years, but resent copy right and other take downs GW have made have made me cautious of even posting fan art like this. i ended up deciding thay will probably never come after little ol me i ant making money here and if thay did try to copy right claim furry art that is just a general win cus there fan base would never shut up about it. like how Bowser now has a official penis. if you are from GW and are reading this for what ever reason, please stop your hurting your fan base and alienating customers who have been with your for years.

the blackdragons mutation is of the Ossmodula and is sanctioned as a stable mutation, thay are not allowed to found a new chapter but thay can make new Astartes for there chapter, as for me being one there is lore but its apart of a on going game that i am oley sometimes involved in these days. like the cat girl planet "this is atualy offishal lore" my planit had stable snake people sanctioned muntants, during the corse of the orbita crusade lord Commissar Clicks and his regiment the 700th liberate the planet form a minor orc WHAAAGGG, during withc time Akasha was conscripted and took under Lord Commissar Clicks wing, eventual becoming a Lord Commissar her self
