i would love this to be in the story. Kass really seems like an independent. He loves his friends yes. But i imagine being co-dependent is infuriating to him

Ironically, I think that Kass might actually enjoy doing something more "masculine" like training with weapons or something like that. It'd help confirm his own identity.
Also, I think that an assertive, physically intimidating and overall "tomboyish" female might awaken a fetish in a LOT of the male yinglet population.

After revisiting, definitely think I need an Altered Fates of Kass n' Katta hangin' out. Might be the first 'female' that the Patriarch can actually understand and vibe with well. He had his protective streak (among other things) show way back in OOPs #111. Hard to believe that was almost 2 years ago now, right?
I consider this to be the more cannon of the two versions. This dialogue of not being surprised at the purpose of the dance, while mentioning that they were a blooded soldier is more in line with the character vs the ‘what do you mean this dance isn’t about self-defense?’ version.
