This is an ancient character of mine that keeps getting revisited every so often and slightly redesigned. I found this doodle of her in one of my sketchbooks and thought it looked nice enough to scan. I was going to practice coloring with the tablet again to try and get a less shiny rubbery effect but also thought the inks alone were kind of neat.
Her name is Three, and no there isn't a one and a two anywhere. 'Three' is actually more of a title, which in her case means 'exile with no name' (I'd let the people around her give her names, which varied from 'White' to 'Shadow' to 'Fox' to 'Scout' to 'Miss Fluffyhead'). She was my generic dimensional wandering character that started life as an old TMNT Roleplay character, and has had dozens of incarnations since.
I like to think that each new incarnation is due to her having skipped realities for one reason or another. And in this one it looks like she's a generic fantasy ranger type. I think in this case she ended up somewhere that didn't have a race she could blend in with, so she had to go survivalist and cover herself up. She's got parts of her hidey uniform off at the moment.
The little cuff on her tail is there because that's always where it gets slammed into doors. Tail armor! And the collection of crosses on her neck is just a random little habit she has. She'll make them and add them to the multitudes of leather strips on her neck. Sometimes she'll lose them, sometimes she'll have a bunch. It's just something she does.
Yeah, a lot of text for an inked sketch. :)

The turtleneck can get pulled up to cover her muzzle, and she has two hoods and a scarf. Then she'll tuck her tail away, cover her feet up with generic sandals, put on gloves, and close the fringe around her legs. Isn't perfect and she looks suspicious, but she'd rather be seen as a shady character than a potential monster.
I don't design enough outfits. I really should.

"that started life as an old TMNT Roleplay character"
Those 4 letters made me thing of think of something I ran across recently while looking for something else.
