Well okay, so this isn't directly the Unown's fault, but you get the idea. It's also one of the many reasons why anyone looking to poke around the ruins in Johto should consider hiring an exploration team to guide them. The ruins themselves may not always be dangerous, but the criminals, bandits and kooks that hide in them certainly are.

Kooks like Mr. Scrimm, here. Apparently folks just weren't dying fast enough to keep his funeral home in Violet City from going under (pun not intended), so he went a little unhinged and figured he'd speed things up a little. After all, plenty of nosy types poking around the Ruins of Alph these days. Surely if a few of them met an unfortunate end down there, the blame would fall on those ghosts that are supposed to be haunting the place... right?
