Tonight, being that it's 9/11, we made almost everything with pork.

On the left, a bacon turtle-dog, a hamburger with a heavy bacon-weave, with hot-dogs acting as the legs and head, baked in the oven. Paprika and onions in the burger, and cheese inside to hold the bacon together.

On the right, poutine. French fries, covered with cheese curds while they're still cooking, then with gravy poured over them as soon as they're done.
