Ultra rare, one-of-one Citicar C-CL prototype. Only minor wear and tear. Has a highway capable electric motor that is good for 65 MPH and 500 miles of range. motor can be a bit zappy and sparky. Is equipped with a voicebox to speak with the possible owner. Sometimes speaks too much. A bit snarky and a little too smart for its own good, but loyal to owner. Will zap owner with automatic electric seatbelt if irritated. Overall a nice little runabout vehicle and talkative companion. Just don't ask about it's life story, it wont stop talking.
