Another thing discovered in Paul C Tumey's Screwball! The Cartoonists Who Made the Funnies Funny is Boody Rogers's humor superhero Sparky Watts. Newspaper comic for a while, and comic-book comic for a while. Here's one of many interesting multifur characters from Sparky Watts #8, specifically one from the cover. You can see the original at https://comicbookplus.com/?dlid=21630 and that I can't make myself care enough to get the leg count right. It's a neat design and there's more figures from this book that I'm going to have to do. Also I need to figure how to draw your basic bread-roll cartoon shoe better.
