another one from dA, and this one was a gift for a very very good friend of mine. u kno who u are. ;)
this is her character, Setsune, the mysterious cat who is linked to the moon. I was gonna go for a serious look at the time, but had trouble trying to work out the anatomy. so i sticked with a nice toony style inspired by the Maneki Neko (beckoning cat) i had lying around. turned out very well! this was also a good experiment for opacity. c:
