This looks so awesome! i love the beak, what materials you used in? Only paper and glue? Is there a foam base under the paper?
I did a puffin head last year, i made a foam beak, then covered it with red fabric. It was SO MUCH PAIN to do, and really hard, but it came out pretty well (i think) i'd love to hear some good advices from you

It's actually thin craft wire mesh. I put on some thin "fun foam" (you know those sheets for kids crafts?) for the nostril area. That got covered in paper mache, as you can see in this picture.
I was considering doing a beak in fabric as well, but I decided I wanted a more realistic one for this guy in the end.
And we need more avian suits!
