To explain what's going on here, a little background is needed.
Tigress Titan is the National Heroine of China and the Bureau of Superheroes Director of the Asia Region. The petite lady dog with her is Fei Hong Chin, in her solid furson form. Unknown to Tigress Titan is that in reality, the very cute young canine is the notorious Xian Gou, the water beast. Xian Gou is an international villainess who has a long history of destructive revenge around the Pacific Ocean, mainly on the shores of China. In this case, after Xian Gou blew up a naval base, leaving the nearby woods in flames, she reverted to her canine form seconds before Tigress Titan arrived on the scene. Thinking she was a helpless little girl, the brave superheroine fought the blaze to bring Fei Hong Chin to safety, unaware that she was assisting in Xian Gou's escape.
Thinking about writing this as a story.

Yes, there is a file on her with the Bureau of Superheroines, but there were no pictures, only a description by the B.O.S. Agents who were a part of a top secret operation on Big Diomedes island several years ago ( "A Little Trouble on Big Diomedes") but most of B.O.S. Intelligence rejected the story they heard that the huge water monster Xian Gou is really a tiny canine. That would be part of the plot of this proposed story.
