This is the result of a heated discussion I had on Discord about fake car brands in video games. The GTA series being the prime example. No matter how much I play, I can't for the hell of me memorize those fake names and I always end up referring to the cars by their real life counterparts.
This is especially frustrating when they decide to mix up brands and models. Here we have Imponte, a parody of Pontiac, which of course means they also sell cars that are obviously based on Dodge, Chevrolet and even the Delorean.
alozec is an expert in the matter but even she couldn't help. If anything, trying to teach me made things even worse and now I have to vent off.
