After posting the Dino Butt Cult render I made, I started to like the idea more and more, as did a lot of my friends. So I thought more about it, and then, out of the blue, was completely surprised by this render from 
TheUnknownAllosaur, who had said they wanted to do something with the cult, and decided on this, which is the initiation to join it since a lot of people commented "How do I join?" essentially, XD.
I loved the render Allo made, and got the idea for how the test works while ambiently thinking about it more and more.
Now, keep in mind, this is the test for worshippers to join. The process for dinosaurs that want to join and to be worshipped, that's another thing for another time when I've thought more about it.
The process goes as someone wanting to join must go through a simple test, and that is to be sat on by a large dinosaur, gently and carefully of course as to not hurt or kill them, and see how they fare. And there will be other dinosaurs there, but only to supervise and watch over the test.
If they last 5 hours without an issue, the observing dinos notify The Keeper, are then accepted by and permitted by him join the cult. The dino does have the freedom to wiggle their butt, rub it against the person gently, and other things of that nature, but they are completely forbidden to stand up without reason or directions, or to fart, period, during the test. The person does have the freedom to rub and give affection to the dino's rear and/or thighs and flanks. If they give sufficient affection to make said dino happy in less than 5 hours, they can join the cult with the immediate privilege of a private session with one dino they may choose. If they do not and simply last the alotted time, they may join the cult and gradually earn the privilege of private sessions.
But if, during the test, the person is witnessed violating the dinosaur by touching forbidden areas specified by The Keeper, hurting any of the dinosaurs, saying insults and/or simply disrespecting them, or trying to get dirty/sexual with them, The Keeper will order the dinosaurs to kill the person, by any and all means. No communication devices, i.e phones, smartwatches, pagers, or GPS trackers are allowed, period. Anyone caught with them with be immediately killed.
If the person struggles and can't last the specified time, they are to gently pat the dino's thighs 4 times, and the dino will get off. Then The Keeper will dismiss the dinosaurs, wipe all memories of the cult from the person's mind, and then send them back to their home and they won't remember a thing.
Now, the person in the background only appears that way to humans. The Keeper is actually one of my OCs, Brutus, who runs the cult. That human appearance is a disguise so nobody will know its him. Only his close family will be able to see him and not his disguise. But, if a stranger somehow asks him about the cult, whether ambiently mentioning it in conversation or directly asking him about it, he will deny any association to it and won't break under any pressure, either.

Just a lovely description ^^ The punishable-by-death parts definitely give the cult vibes, but hey, don't ask to join if you can't handle dat dino ass.

One is assigned by The Keeper. Normally, its always this specific Acrocanthosaurus since she is reliable, not too big, and is experienced in the cult since she's been with it for years. But on some occasions, another large dinosaur, like a Rex or Giga, may be chosen instead.
