I feel like the third one would NOT work; it seems like it's lacking a strap over the top, and since the force is pulling from below, it's a lot of force pulling down on the mouth only, with no place to pull on the head or muzzle. It also seems like it would pull the whole thing down every time there was pressure on it.
4 would put a lot of pressure on top of a sensitive part of the dog's nose, possibly doing damage over time, especially since the leash is attached directly to that part. If you want to stop a dog quickly, it will work, but it will pull the head down and hurt the nose, too.
1 and 2, I think, look the most natural and balanced. 2 is the best one in my opinion since it would pull down on the mouth bit and up on the chin at the same time (since it looks like it's connected to both?) so I would vote for that one. I feel like this would balance out the force of the pull on the leash the best with those two points of pressure, if that makes sense.
(Edit -- but I do agree with the comment above, that 3 would work if it had a strap in front of the eyes.)
It also depends -- is this for control of the dog, or for pulling a cart/sled, etc? :)

why 3 needs a strap above? image: https://sun9-31.userapi.com/impg/Ch.....amp;type=album
construction is not falling down bc it stays in the mouth with a gag (not moving gag)
thank you for comments, its just decoration

I would argue with that. While the straps make sense, the stick, that goes inside the mouth - that's where the trouble is. In case of hourses it's usually placed where is no teeth, this way the teeth can't be damaged, only the skin of the lips, where the contact with the stick is made.
For canines any stick in the mouth does not make any sense because of the way the skull is build and the tight fit of the teeth. There is no safe space for the stick, and if it would be placed behind all of the teeth - since the head opens in a triangular way, the stick would make the mouth being constantly forcefully open and lips forced all the way back, making the whole mouth being tensed and drying out.
When it comes to the gag and muzzling - last sketch (bottom right) makes sense, reminding of an old indian way to shut the dog, by placing the stick in the mouth and tie the mouth behind it. Also if the dog would be used for pulling and carrying like a horse - that stick or something more comfortable to bite on for the dog would be the best way to use all it's mouth strenght and savefully pull on the leash.

thank you for opinion! it has only decorative function or maybe some roleplay XDD
for really harsh practice i planned on removing the teeth or like 4 version there is the place with no teeth before fangs. pain contact of the stick is made to the tongue by Port so if its laying on the teeth it still working xd (if i am not wrong)

Toothed monsters are somewhat problematic for correct apply horse-like bridle. Forced mouth closed seems be the best option, so strap around in the front part is the basis. If the lever in the fourth figure caused jaw pressure, it would certainly not be possible to ignore it. As already mentioned, the bit tightly pressed by the teeth has no sense. Some teeth can be removed but not to create a big gap in front like a horse has. However, the bit is not completely meaningless. Stuck in the corners of the mouth will cause some discomfort and remind the monster that it is a pony now and more important if attached to a proper plate can affect tongue. From this point of view, versions 1 and 3 would be best - only with the adjustment that the axis of rotation will be at the bit point. Is hard to resist to rotating bit inserted in the place of the extracted tooth. A spiked plate squeezing tongue convinces even werewolf to cooperate. Of course wear it will be painful and can cause injury, but who cares about a werewolf.
