Who are those masks designed for though?

It just seems like the size and shape is designed for humans or more flat-faced species rather than anthros with animalistic traits. I've seen some pet face masks that are shaped like a muzzle, but are baggy and mad of thin filtering cloth material like normal with elastic at the base. I'd expect in a world where there are anthros instead of humans that they would have standard PPE compatible with general animal traits like snouts otherwise doctors and such would have a hard time, though that's probably just me thinking too much into it lmao.
