Reference for my Character, Raalk Staalnic.

This particular character has a tragic backstory and is directly involved with and events involving several of my other characters' backstories.

Some quick facts about Raalk Staalnic:
He is originally from the the far northern rural village of Solvaakneric, Solvaak Provence, Gaaric Republic.
Was forced to become the Secretary General of the Kronaak (Dept. of Defense) of the Gaaric Republic and was forced to commit heinous acts against his will by the evil Ernik Spiezzer.
In the current era, he is referred to as the "Most Hated Gaar," despite the actions he has been accused of being actually committed by Ernik Spiezzer.
Lost his right eye after one of Spiezzer's experiments done to his father, Montaag, went terribly wrong.
Despite what people may think about him (due to Spiezzer's actions), he is a kind hearted soul who enjoys spending time in nature and taking walks by the seaside.
Loves visiting the seaside, but does not know how to swim.
He was Gairiff Naar's first love, but Ernik Spiezzer forced him to break Gairiff's heart (but Raalk still loves Gairiff despite all that Spiezzer has done to him).
He feels like a lost soul who is destined to always be alone, but keeps a bit of hope that maybe one day Gairiff will forgive him (for what Spiezzer did to Rex, Gairiff, and Riko).
