Given the fact that the prey is still in condition to talk, a still undigested Pumba would give Shenzi a FAR bigger bulge than what we see. The best guess would be that there are two or more fellow meercats in her belly.

Unless Shenzi has some kind of "magic hammerspace stomach" , either Pumba or Simba alone would be much too big to be the bulge in her belly, since whoever is in there is still talking so cannot be digested yet.

true, but Pumba is about the same size as her and probably heavier in weight. I guess it depends on how "cartoony" you want to make this universe, though in the original Disney productions the animals that get swallowed whole are generally small enough to be realistically swallowed if they were real animals.
