Ah, the fish is painted in acrylic, but the background is just digital fill. Lumped it into traditional since the main bit of it is. c:
The body of the fish is a little less then 2 1/2 inches wide, and from the tip of his tail to the top of his fin is about 4 inches. He's teenie.
