It's pretty surreal knowing that they all came from the small office I work out of.
They have all been in use for years so I didn't have a hand in making them, but still.

I wonder who has the garage to store that thing in... ;)

unfortunately it'll be scrapped shortly.
There are only 2 EDC shows annually, Las Vegas and Orlando, and the Orlando one is the second.
All the stages are retired permanently after the Orlando show and then they start building the ones for next year.
Only the fog machines, lights and lasers are reused.
On the upside, if there were any glitches with the laser projectors they will be dropped off at my work for repairs since they are the systems we make.
Just this stage alone used, by my count, around 36 projectors. there were also 5 other stages at the festival so by my guess there were well over 100 projectors there.

I was being faceteous, but it's sad to know they dismantle it; I guess, though, it's like the floats in the Tournament of Roses Parade. You really can't keep them for years.

I'm one of those tragic people who never throw anything away.

ditto, I still have a Pizza Hut box from about 6 or 7 months ago simply because it has a QR code on it that links you to an app to play a game of 3D pack-man on top of the box lol
