Super cute halloween ych I got from https://twitter.com/CryBabyBluberry . Nerds and diapers go together like onesies and plush toys, and so do diapers and halloween! So, of course, (Nerd + Halloween) x diapers = Maximum adorable.
Also, first time Billy's been drawn without a blindfold on. No lore reason; it just would look weird if he wore glasses OVER a blindfold.
