I think it will not be too long before the fox is incapable of saying anything coherent, Vince being reduced to hysterical laughter and driven into a mixture of ecstasy and insanity. Vance might be doing a lot of teasing and taunting with tickling Vince's feet but in the end I think he'd perhaps be the less ruthless tickler. I'd imagine Joe to be methodical and relentless but would show no mercy and might not stop until Vince was completely exhausted.
